We are the factory. Caps are cut, embroidered, sewn, inspected and packed on our own lines — you deal with the people making them, so there is no agent margin in the price and no trading-company hand-off in the middle.

25 pcs per style, in a single color. Small test runs and big reorders are both welcome — volume pricing drops from $6.50/pc at 25 pcs to $2.90/pc at 1,000+

A free digital mockup comes first, then real samples ship in 7–10 working days after art approval and arrive within 7 days via express courier. Place a bulk order and the pre-production sample is on us — free.

Embroidery, 3D puff, patches (PVC / rubber / embroidered), printing (water-based / plastisol / reflective / gradient), woven labels, screen print, foil. Send your artwork and we’ll tell you what works best.

15-20 days for standard orders after sample approval — longer for very large or craft-heavy runs. Book early during peak season. You get daily progress updates so you always know where your caps are.

Every order passes an AQL 1.5 inspection before packing, with photo and video checks at each stage. Bulk production only starts after you approve the physical sample.

EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP and DDP — quoted either duties-paid or duties-unpaid, whichever fits your import setup.

T/T, PayPal, and Alibaba Trade Assurance. 50% deposit at least to start production, balance before shipment.

Yes — no artwork yet? No problem. We’ll do layout, colorways, and mockups for free, plus a free artwork check before you sample. Iterate until you love it, then sample.
